Scope and operator
This notice applies to the SONGGU corporate website and its inquiry form. The operator is Ningbo Songgu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., No. 755 Liyuan North Road, Haishu District, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. This website is not an intake channel for residents' health data, medical records or personal information from other business platforms.
Information we process
Browsing does not require registration. If you submit an inquiry, we process your name, phone number, optional organization, area of interest, message, consent record, submission time and follow-up status to respond to your request. Servers may log IP addresses, access times, request paths and response statuses for security and troubleshooting. Do not submit identity numbers, medical information, passwords or other sensitive material.
Cookies and language
Necessary cookies remember your manual language choice for up to one year. CMS authentication cookies last up to one hour. You can clear browser cookies or switch languages manually. The website currently has no advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics.
Storage and access
The application and primary database are hosted on Alibaba Cloud servers in mainland China. Form submissions are stored in an access-controlled database and are not automatically emailed or publicly displayed. Access is limited to authorized personnel for inquiry handling, maintenance and security auditing. Backups also require access protection. Alibaba Cloud supplies the underlying hosting services.
Retention
Information is retained only as needed for handling inquiries, follow-up communication and necessary security operations. Retention needs should be reviewed as the matter progresses. Personal information should be deleted or anonymized when the purpose is fulfilled and there is no other necessary reason to retain it, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. The website does not promise indefinite storage of inquiry records.
Your choices and rights
You may browse without submitting an inquiry. Contact us to request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your inquiry information, or to withdraw consent. We will verify the relationship between the request and the information before responding as required by applicable rules. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place with consent before withdrawal.
